True, should have read that first.

The documentation is still wrong though, as the other 2 times it is mentioned, sendfile with a lower f is used. Also, the new sendFile requires an absolute url, or a root in the options. I needed this to make it work:

app.get('/', function(req, res){
    res.sendFile('index.html', {root: "W:/tmp/"});
});
