Symbolic execution engine should be executed once and only once

Some checks stop the execution of the exploded graph. For example, Null Reference exceptions are sure to break the execution the real application, hence we don't walk the graph after finding such.

POC was developed and it showed significant performance improvements.

There are some notable changes that could be done:

• create not configurable analyzer (as the S9999 utility analyzers we have) that will run the SE engine
• the current rules could "register" with the SE analyzer through a static property or shared state. The registration is done in the Initialize method of the existing analyzers.
• the SE analyzer will run only the registered rules or nothing if there are no registered rules.

Things to consider:

• rule registration and dependency needs to be tested
• dynamic enable/disable of rules in the rule set should be tested
