SSLproxy should be running on UTMFW, so SSLproxy and the listening programs (UTM services) always communicate over the loopback interface, 127.0.0.1. But I don't understand your last question. If you have installed UTMFW using its iso file, you should have a working configuration out-of-the-box (see /etc/sslproxy/sslproxy.conf for the default proxy specs). If not, I need more information on what you are trying to do.
