While this is not a perfect solution until I make an update, here's a way that you can have it right now:

In the output-tab add https://open.spotify.com/track/{uri} this will create the full Spotify link. URI is a parameter that is filled with the track's ID. Proper implementation is actually quite easy, I'll see if I make an update later this week.

{artist} - {title} {{requested by @{req}}} -> https://open.spotify.com/track/{uri} is what I tested. ({{requested by {req}}} only gets filled in if its a songrequest) The result:
HI-LO, Eli Brown, Oliver Heldens - Industria requested by @Inzaniity -> https://open.spotify.com/track/6Kv4u43WIqxp6eBTXaaCiM

Ofc if you want another output format you have to adjust it accordingly.
