Ideally we would like to use an embedded browser in Songify, for example like OBS does. Unfortunately, Twitch is blocking requests from "not common" browsers and therefore we have to rely on the big ones like Chrome, Edge, Opera and Firefox. While we could just open the link in the standard browser, we also want to be able to do so in incognito mode so you can log in with a secondary account without logging out of your main first.
Edge is pre-installed on all windows 10/11 installations and since Songify is only runs on Windows, I thought it was sufficient for the job.
I will explore more ways, maybe having the option to set the browser manually
from songify.

Added a switch that allows to use the system's default browser, will be in the next update (is already in beta)
from songify.
