Hi, this is the correct behavior - we do not store secret keys in the public space, so you should add corresponding keys manually to localProperties.
To build and run the project its actually enough to insert any strings instead of secret keys.
But i agree, that there should be some meaningfull error message so contributors can easily identify error
Probably we should also specify run instructions in README
from fearless-android.
