Bug with Ipyvuetify Layout wrapping Ipywidgets Vbox and Hbox

See https://github.com/spacetelescope/jdaviz/pull/10/files#r285918574 for the other issue with the menubar not appearing. From what I've seen ipyvuetify works fine with HBox/VBox, the issues happen if you start to make a v.Layout inside an HBox or VBox and then put that inside a v.Layout. I think v.Layout is just supposed to be the top level container.

So my recommendation is that once you put your widgets (including HBox/VBox) inside a v.Layout, don't put that in an HBox or VBox container, or even another v.Layout. Does that make sense?

I've committed a fix for mariobuikhuizen/ipyvuetify#1. This might also fix the problem with HBox / VBox, at least it's now possible to nest v.Layout and HBox / VBox multiple levels deep.

@mariobuikhuizen can confirm that the tabs work now for me! And we've got the HBox / VBox stuff figured out, so for now were good to go. Thanks so much @mariobuikhuizen and @astrofrog :) I'm gonna close this ticket.

One initial finding is that the fact the tabs don't respond when placed inside ipyvuetify is not related to HBox/VBox, but happens even if you just embed Tab directly in an ipyvuetify layout: https://github.com/mariobuikhuizen/ipyvuetify/issues/1
