This - you cannot fully cancel a broadcasted transaction, only create a replacement transaction that spends the inputs back to yourself.

Not really - you can create a single transaction with multiple inputs and outputs, but all the inputs will be linked onchain. If you want to avoid this, multiple transactions are necessary.
