For "/results" page, check if the correct filters and table headers exist, then if there are results in localStorage, check if values follow correct formats and values?

Reopening to fix broken tests and add a test for the Register page.

• Latest commit to unit-integration-testing fixes the previously-broken tests as well as implements tests for the Register and Results pages.
• Issues with localStorage in component code are bypassed with manual localStorage calls in the tests.
• Re-renders are utilized in several places to test how buttons change the display (ex. filters in Results).
