运行环境：CentOS 7.9

下载了新脚本测试，尽管选 no 还是会强制 update

那是预下载epel包，不是update，这个不装后面服务装不上的，你没发现没有黄色提示了么？那个才是update

这个流程能不能移动到1. 安装保活服务更好，因为涉及到预下载 epel 的也就这个操作了
