Issue starting td-agent after adding output following "Minimum HEC Configuration"

from this 2 log messages,
2020-07-23 01:45:59 +0000 [error]: config error file="/etc/td-agent/td-agent.conf" error_class=Fluent::ConfigError error="Duplicated plugin id output_td. Check whole configuration and fix it."

2020-07-23 01:46:01 +0000 [warn]: [output_td] Use different plugin for secondary. Check the plugin works with primary like secondary_file primary="Fluent::Plugin::TreasureDataLogOutput" secondary="Fluent::Plugin::FileOutput"

I think it is this plugin is having issue TreasureDataLogOutput

I haven't installed any plug-ins other than the "fluent-plugin-splunk-hec" in this environment, so it is just using default td-agent and the plug-ins that came with it for latest version of the td-agent via:

sudo curl -L https://toolbelt.treasuredata.com/sh/install-amazon2-td-agent4.sh | sh

Does this mean that the fluent-plugin-splunk-hec v1.2.2 is not compatible with the latest version of td-agent?
