Job and StepConfiguration were moved from container.common.configuration into container.common.domain.

There are also cycles in the packaging because of the JobConfiguration->JobExecutor link. This needs to be resolved by introducing a JobExecutorFactory. Same goes for the steps.

Much of the container modules is really core API. We will create a "core" module for (maybe) m3.

Resolved the cycles by introducing a factory layer (actually for StepExecutor - the JobExecutor doesn't need one yet). Also changed interface of executors so they process a Job/Step and its configuration.

Moved first code over to execution project as test - Subclipse is miserable at this stuff. Package names still the same.

Completed initial pass through. Build is clean and execution module has all implementation details. SOme tidying to do still on documentation.
