That's because a lot of people have changed the plugin since then, see for example https://abiroid.com/deluge/deluge-modify-autoremoveplus-plugin-delete-dead-torrents-based-availability

I included that mod and made it work with python 3. One of the operators is changed to over to let users have more flexibility. There's also a new xor operator that you can use to combine the conditions (xor returns true when one of the conditions is true but not the other).

But yeah, in the long run this plugin should be rewritten to achieve what everyone want. By the way, the conditions also now only apply to unfinished torrents, I figured that's the most useful part of the plugin, but people have different uses for it.

I see, thank you for taking the time to answer. I will play with the current settings and find a compromise.

Keep up the good work!

I am using the latest version of the plugin and it seems i can't get it to remove anything using the specific rules.

I have the global Pause and Remove times set to 9999h. Under specific rules I am using labels and "or" statement to remove torrents after 72h since last transfer.

Does it not work this way? Does the "Or' under specific rule only work with other specific rules and not the global settings?

Also it seems that the conditional statements are ignored by the remove timer. Regardless of the settings i set for over and under, they were ignored.

There's an issues with this as talked about here: #10

Maybe the whole plugin should be rewritten to just use the specific rules instead? I mean, if you could add you own set of rules and actions, that would maybe cover everyone's needs?

Ah i see, that explains it.

Honestly i think that would be a great idea, that way everyone could tailor the settings to their specific needs. Although i am not sure how much work that would take since you said the plugin has been a mess of changes.
