I have attempted several solutions:
Pre Calculate logs and write to a text file
This doesn't add much increase in speed. The slowest part is the IO operations so this is hard to optimise
Use CS source files.
The trouble is the files are several hundred kilobytes large and so the C# compiler cannot compile them, even using partial classes.
