Although if Diff goal is to convert expected fixed file into what was actually fixed, then no bug and it was just my misinterpretation.

It diffs that way because that's how the internal function generates it. I'm not going to add another argument to the function for a reverse diff just for unit testing because it makes the function more complex. I think it's easy enough to read as it is given you are just comparing 2 files.
