Elzair replied to my email and said he's getting back into the rust world and will take a look this weekend. 🎉

I appreciate the awareness! I'll keep an eye out. I don't have a better channel to @Elzair. Please feel free to ping this issue when path becomes clear and I'll make the changes to gzp.

I emailed the address in @Elzair's cargo toml asking him to take a look at that PR, and whether they'd be open to transferring ownership of that project if they don't want to maintain it, or if they are open to a fork of it, given how many projects depend on it. I'd be willing to take on the project / fork if nobody more qualified / interested is around.
core-affinity is small enough I could probably just vendor it in with gzp
, but I'd prefer not to.

@drahnr - this should now be resolved. See v0.11.0. Please reopen if you find any issues, I'd very much like to see gzp used in sccache!

Alternatively, I suppose there's a path in which I make core-affinity feature gated in gzp. I'm open to doing that if no traction is gained with core-affinity
.

It looks like no work was done over the weekend. I'll try to set aside some time this week to:
- Fork
core-affinity-rs
- Apply outstanding PR
- Setup github CI for the fork
- Move
gzp
to use the forked version - (bounus) make
core-affinity-rs
a feature gated dep forgzp
- release a new version of
gzp
from gzp.
Thanks!
