Would you accept pull requests for adding links to documentation and even adding more operator examples? I noticed all isn't represented in this repo, but it is in the official docs (http://reactivex.io/documentation/operators/all.html) so I wasn't sure if you've stopped work on this repo and are just doing it over there.

@jefffriesen I'm working on animation features for rxmarbles. Once those are done I'll update it with the latest RxJS version, and revise the operators, adding them if they are easy to add. PRs are welcomed, but please try to keep the code style.

Ok, maybe I'll wait until you are done with the animations and other updates. I love the visualizations you are doing here in this repo. Really helpful for understanding Rx.
