This looks like a local DNS problem looking src.chromium.org, probably
transient.
Are you still having this problem (9 hours later now)? If so, can you ping
src.chromium.org?

oops..i can not even successfully ping src.chromium.org
my computer was in the company domain. maybe it led the problem.
is there any way (change DNS settings?) to workaround the issue, as most of
time i'm
using my computer in company?
Thanks for your reply.

Hi Rick--
Usually this indicates that the IT department in your company has nailed down
the
network configuration to control access to/from the outside world, and you need
to
configure Subversion to use a proxy server from within your company. You'll
probably
need to either ask the network administrators, or perhaps ask around among other
developers who sync to/from external SVN servers how they configured it to use
an
authorized proxy. Unfortunately, the ultimate solution here will depend on your
network configuration, so there's not much more specific help we can give.
I'm closing this issue, but feel free to reopen it if you need more specific
information from our end. Good luck,
