The owner of this project is not responding. I did a couple pull requests fixing this issue and upgrading the Jquery and bootstrap versions and the owner is yet to accept them. You can fork mine and use it https://github.com/wnilkamal/startbootstrap-landing-page

Yes, these are free, given it is released under the Apache 2.0 license. You use it, change it, sell it among others.

The services/contact buttons are just placeholder links in the menu bar. There aren't any pages attached to them. The landing page is for anyone to use in order to create a landing page, and you can use the layout for additional pages as well, but those pages don't exist.

In the future I may update this theme to create some of those page and integrate them into this theme to make a more robust template!

David, I put some anchors to the menu items so on click it takes you to the relavent section withing the single page.
