Huh. Your libopenspecfun is asking for libgfortran from the libgfortran formula. That's.....strange, because the libgfortran formula shouldn't have been installed to your system-wide Homebrew. Did you perchance install libgfortran from the homebrew-juliadeps tap?

No, didn't install libgfortran directly. I have a gfortran on my system that seems to come from the Homebrew gcc, if that's relevant.

@micahjsmith Great catch, there was a problem with the arpack-julia bottle. I've rebuilt it, please brew update, brew upgrade and try again!

@staticfloat, I just upgraded from 0.4.6 to 0.5.0 today and I am having a similar issue,

brew install -s julia did resolve the issue for me.
