I'm having the same issue, and I believe it is related to the TabMaster plugin. TabMaster allows the user to hide tabs on the Steam Library interface but it has some issues. Uninstalling TabMaster fixes my issue with SteamGridDB.

Confirmed a TabMaster problem. Uninstall the plugin to fix tabs (it happens on all tabbed menus, not just the ones in SGDB).
