Hi @RajeshUppara,
Can you share how your config server is configured?
In PCF Apps Manager:
- Find your Config server instance
- Click Manage
- Click "Copy to Clipboard"

As you haven't responded in several weeks, I'm going to assume there was a configuration issue that you have managed to resolve. I'm going to close this issue, but please feel free to re-open it if you think there is an issue with Steeltoe or need further assistance.
