Make the application to start faster

Replace SimpleCV with original library (OpenCV) and develop my own Streaming handler

Due to the use of SimpleCV the performance was really bad. Through the last commit I've replaced SimpleCV with OpenCV v2. Next commit will include basic routine of OpenCV, so I will replace classes and functions of cv2 with cv (much faster but poorly from functionalities point of view but for my need its exactly what I need).

The target is to build an application that should run on RPi and the processor to be occupied not more then 80%, having two cameras active and both with streaming and recording features activated

The new application is three times faster replacing SimpleCV and CV2 with basic and fast routines.
The motion detection algorithm is executed in ~520000 microseconds.
Another improvement that could be implemented in future is to synchronize Streamer with Camera threads.
