ecg-representation-learning's Introduction

Hi Visitor:)

I’m a Master’s student in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, where I’m engaged in Large Language Model (LLM) research under the guidance of Professor Chao Zhang.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at University of Michigan, during which I interned at eBay as a front-end engineer. Regarding prior research, I am fortunate to be mentored by Dr. Mohammed Saeed on ECG signal processing. I also enjoyed working with Ph.D. candidate Christopher Clarke and Professor Jason Mars on NLP.

I’m seeking a CS/NLP Ph.D. program.

Check out more on my website.

ecg-representation-learning's Issues

Minimum working example: combined dataset

Hello,

First, thank you very much for sharing this interesting project! I was attempting to run the provided notebook training script, but it requires a dataset named "Stef-Combined". The README provides links to the original datasets, but I couldn't find any instructions or scripts on how to combine these datasets into the "Stef-Combined" dataset.

Could you please provide steps or a script on how to generate the "Stef-Combined" dataset from the original datasets? This would greatly assist not only in running the training script successfully but also in ensuring reproducibility for anyone looking to use this repository.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,
Smilingjack10
