Pressing shift causes programs to lose mouse capture

There are several ways:
The best solution is to Add the game exe name into the Processes blacklist available in the Blacklist tab of the config dialog, be careful not to have a space before or after the comma
An other way is to single click on the tray icon in order to disable/enable AltDrag. Once AltDrag is disabled it will no longer interact with anything, and yu can re-enable it with a single click.

AltDrag in theory avoids interaction with full-screen programs, so by default it should behave correctly for video game window that are usually setup full-screen.

The blacklist unfortunately does not work. So disabling it during gaming seems like the only option.
