在 Front-matter 加入 toc: false 即可. (ps: Front-matter 是文件最上方以 --- 分隔的区域，用于指定个别文件的变量)

然后你的 Front-matter 应该看起来像这样:

title: Hello World
date: 2018-01-31 16:52:59
tags:
toc: false
---

隐藏就失去可快速跳转的文章目录了，当文章内容很多的时候，这个功能还是很好用的。求在正文中把侧边栏移除的方法
