The placeholder option is supported for the cardNumber, cardExpiry and cardCvc elements, but not for the combined card element.

Which languages would you be interested in adding support for? We've been adding support for new locales recently, and will keep doing so based on user feedback.

I was interested in Slovak and Czech language but I see it is already there. I probably overlooked it in documentation. Thanks anyway.
