@maliayas You mean how to implement this? I'm sorry, I really don't know -- This is just a suggestion of an additional, simpler way for the command and shortcut key to work.

The idea is: the shortcut keys / commands for incrementing/decrementing headings would work the same way as they currently do, but, in addition, when there's no selection, they would apply to the current line.
