Try updating the theme. For me everything is fine, installed using Package Control.

Yeah, just removed and re-installed and it's still not showing for me. This console output pops up as a result of running a test via the RubyTest package...maybe it's somehow different than the built-in Build command's output?

RubyTest loads its own theme file. You can override it by copying RubyTest.sublime-settings to ~/Library/Application\ Support/Sublime\ Text\ 2/Packages/User/ and loading a separate, RubyTest specific theme. Refer to TestConsole.hidden-tmTheme if you want to reference the default theme .
