BUG: Volume for our Hz needs to be brought D-O-W-N, down!

Figured out how to get the osc. volume to come down. There is a fudge factor, OSCVOLUMEADJUST we may want to play with to make the osc volume match the poly volume. Right now I am using a scaling factor of 1.5. (All of this is a bit weird because volume is in DB.)

I do not know if they need to be exactly the same, but I think close will do it.

Is all of the volume for synth and HZ in DB?
