1- Convert nintendont PSO savegame to gci.
2- Transfer that gci file to a raw memory card with dolphin's memory card manager (or to a real.memory card with gcmm, then create a raw image of that card). (Both GCMM and dolphin's memory card manager will fix the save protection automatically.)
3- Use this raw image with nintendont.

Note: raw files are memory card images, which can hold multiple savegames from different games, so they are a completely different thing from nintendont or gci/sav/gcs savefiles, which only have data of a single game (some games might have their savedata in multiole gci files, for example each mario kart saved replay is a different file, but all might be stored in the same memory card).

Thanks for the quick reply suloku. My bad I should be a little more clear. I have already tried what you suggested. When you use memory card emulation on devolution, it creates a file called "memcard.bin", I renamed that file memcard.raw so that I could open it and copy my system_file.gci, character_file.gci and Guildcard_file.gci from my nintendont save to my memcard.raw file. When I start up PSO in devolution and go to single player its says "The memory card in slot A contains no PSO system file" and when I go into settings its says "Unable to save. Cannot find the save file created during start of this game.

I was a little confused and I mixed no more memory there, you should be able to directly use devolution's bin memory card on nintendont just by renaming the file and putting it on the correct path.

I'm not trying to use devolutions .bin memory card in nintendont, its the other way around. Im trying to use nintendonts .raw in devolution.

I realize I'm insanely late on this, but surely you didn't just leave the "memcard.raw" file with the extension .raw? After importing the GCI save into the memcard.raw file, you're going to need to rename memcard.raw back to memcard.bin in order to use it in Devolution.

(other than this I cannot help you, I just couldn't help but notice that this little error could have been the issue all along)
