SC crashes in Bitwig when selecting a filter type.

Thanks. As I’m sure you can see we don’t quite have it in runnable state yet. But it shouldn’t crash. We plan to return to sc shortly and I will take a look at this when I do!

this doesn't crash macos which is perplexing.
lemme boot into windows and look. just need to update my dev env on this windows box first.

Anyway sorry this took a while. There will be a fix in the next nightly in about 45 minutes.

Issue not fully resolved. I can now get in to the menu to select a filter and successfully choose any type except "LoFi (Digital)", where choosing it causes SC to exhibit the same behaviour as before the fix. Applies to CLAP and VST3. Win11/Bitwig 4.4.6.

OK was able to spend a minute before I travel for hte holidy and still have a windows box; got it fixed.

It was the same class of problem; but I fixed it "more" correctly than the prior fixes. (Basically, SC does a bunch of audio thread allocations on some filter creation and switch operations and I'm trying to move those to in-place news and explicit aligned types now we have C++17 etc...)

Should be good once I merge and the nightly builds. Thanks for the reports.
