Oooh actually this one requires some real thought

 sprintf(zones[nz].name, "%s s%i", zones[zone_id].name, slice + 1);

both names have the same size (32 chars) so that could easily overflow.

Yeah and

 char stnice[namelen], st[namelen];
        sprintf(stnice, "C%i: %s", i + 1, part ? part->userparametername[i] : "");
       

from the mod matrix. userparametername[i] has size 32 and stance has size 24.

some real care and reworking required here. this is not just a casual 'add an n and a number' change.

we don't get this warning in next and won't introduce it as we finish the port
