Would you be able to register d3-legend as a bower package? Many front-end
developers (myself included) use bower to manage front-end packages. I have
to jump through some kludgy hoops to utilize non-bower packages in my
deployment workflow.

@jmcmichael What is the most useful way to setup the bower file? I haven't used bower before. Is it better to make the main file the minified version that would require the user to also add in d3 separately? Or to include it as moduleType: npm, which include d3 as a dependency?

I updated with a bower.json please let me know if it does not work.
