preprocessed dataset links not working

Hi, since preprocessed dataset is not available, I am trying to preprocess the data myself.
I am using Ubuntu 16.04 and python 2.7 Conda Virtual Environment.
I am not able to install Python version of Biomechanical Toolkit (BTK) from Google Code site.
I downloaded python-btk_0.3.0-1_amd64.deb
then on sudo dpkg -i python-btk_0.3.0-1_amd64.deb terminal output is

(Reading database ... 287743 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack python-btk_0.3.0-1_amd64.deb ...
Unpacking python-btk (0.3.0-1) over (0.3.0-1) ...
Setting up python-btk (0.3.0-1) ...

then on sudo apt-get install -f terminal output is

0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 447 not upgraded.

But on conda list i am not able to get btk inside conda environment package list.
Am i missing any dependencies for python version of btk to work in Ubuntu??
It will be really helpful if you can help how to go about solving this issue. Thanks.

I am sorry for this issue. The easiest solution is for me to fix the link for the dataset.
I am going to do it now.
