After a player enters a maze goal, player score should be updated and a new maze should be generated. Scene should not be restarted, rather the maze cell walls should all be reenabled and generation should start again. Hiding the players outside the camera might be the easiest thing to do, and then just change their positions when SpawnPlayers() is called. Or even better just check whether or not this is the first scene, if not then just change their coordinates, shouldn't be too hard to do.
