EntityChoiceField does not work with grouped choices

Hi Benjamin,

I get exactly the same error message when creating a form with an EntityChoiceList field which uses a different entity manager than the default one (doctrine.orm.entity_manager) as I have different entity managers pointing to different databases (all with the same schema) configured in my config.yml ... Is it maybe related ?

@hostingnuggets Multiple entity managers are not supported yet in the EntityChoiceField. This is on the todo list.
