The newest docker image is broken?

The problem came from latest Biopython (v1.74) which now converts strings to bytes-object. When ICE parse ab1 files, it does not know how to handle that object. We will update the code soon. In the meantime, if you want to run python version of ICE, you can downgrade Biopython to v1.72.

@graeberlab gtk you have the same problem. We rolled back to a previous working docker image.

Do you by chance remember which TAG because I tried the vanilla_ICE tag and had the same problem.
