can you tell me the cuda and torch version? also the gpu type?

In Ubuntu 18.04
As I also failed to install using the pytorch version you provide, I am using cuda 11.3 and pytorch 1.11 in 3090 gpu and i resolve the issues using the command export TORCH_CUDA_ARCH_LIST="8.0" .

In Ubuntu 20.04
But, when I switch to a different computer with the same spec, when I used the the installation guide and spec you give, it work?

Is it the OS problem?

3090 may not support detectron2 well. You can refer to the discussion here.
