Gfortran warnings (might be over sensitive)

Hi MarDiehl,

as you said these warnings are not relevant, however I have fixed them. I have just uploaded a fixed version. The only warnings remaining when compiling in "paranoiac" mode are the following:

  ./src/IR_Precision.f90:614:0: warning: ‘str_r16p’ defined but not used [-Wunused-function]
     elemental function str_R16P(no_sign,n) result(str)
  ./src/IR_Precision.f90:509:0: warning: ‘strf_r16p’ defined but not used [-Wunused-function]
     elemental function strf_R16P(fm,n) result(str)
  ./src/IR_Precision.f90:453:0: warning: ‘byte_size_r16p’ defined but not used [-Wunused-function]
     elemental function byte_size_R16P(r) result(bytes)
  ./src/IR_Precision.f90:337:0: warning: ‘bit_size_r16p’ defined but not used [-Wunused-function]
     elemental function bit_size_R16P(r) result(bits)

These are related to the absence of R16P type. On the architectures where R16P can be defined these warnings vanishes, while for the others there are not relevant.

In the fixed version uploaded I have updated also the makefile.
