`tsx` doesn't recognize environment variables

For me it works if i add import "dotenv/config" at the top of the file. But ofc could be nice if t3-env could handle this

@Admiral-Enigma can confirm that import "dotenv/config" solves this :)

I tried to import dotenv in other ways and it didn't help.. kudos :)

t3-env doesn't load variables for you, just validates them

you can use tsx with node v20's --env-file feature like:

    "db:seed": "node --import tsx --env-file .env ./seed/insert.ts",

i've myself used it in my project.
