How do you define a fontFamily?

Not yet, but I'm open for it. I would probably do it with a prefix though:

NativeTachyons.build({
   fonts: {
      iowan: 'Iowan Old Style'
   }
}, StyleSheet);

And then

<Text style={[s.ff_iowan]}>Hello World</Text>
