I am a contributor from GSSoC'24. Please assign me the issue.

Proposed approach:

• Train an object detection model to detect looped ropes, and differentiate it from the normal ropes.
• Apply the above model with face and hand detection models and get their bounding boxes.
• Check for the overlapping boxes between the three for any similar region.
  1. Check for a person's head and the looped rope, and compare the Y-axis of the bounding boxes (bboxes).
  2. Then, check for a hand to be in the region of the rope.

If the above two conditions are met, the output will be danger. If the no. 1 condition is satisfied for a potential entanglement, the output will be warn. Morever, if the bboxes of the face and the rope coincides, the output will be critical danger.

It is assumed that OpenCV will be used for video capture.
