Totally agree with the suggestion :) There's some education that can be done before people jump in to discovering regulations.
Though, since we're here, as background context ...
I coded that thing in one afternoon, long ago ... never expected it would turn out to be so useful to so many people, let alone be so prominently linked :) Code was moved into the taiwangoldcard org @ https://github.com/taiwangoldcard/twvisafinder , but there was never really anyone interested in extending/maintaining it (though Shawn did offer to make a static site version with gatsby) ... but:
Since this link gets thrown around so much, and now more than a few people are relying on it to scope their gold card applications (as the raw regulations are impenetrable), I think it's really important that there are dedicated resources behind it. To keep the regulations inside it fully up to date, and keep its environment maintained to a very high qualify level (visafinder does go down every now and again when I'm playing with the server on which it is hosted). So, "we" at the gold card office recently got permission to build the gold card qualification check as an integrated part of goldcard.nat.gov.tw . It'll not only fix the formatting issues, but ensure that (since the office gets advanced notice of changes) on the day a new regulation is released it will be on the qualification check. Plus, it'll be part of a static site with a requirement for a high availability & long-term, ongoing support.
In terms of timelines, I expect the new home should be available in a couple weeks or so, so watch this space. In the mean time - please assume my support for the link changes suggested!

Thanks for the background & context @fifieldt! Let me know how I can help going forward.

As discussed, there's now a better formatted, 'official' version of the visafinder at https://goldcard.nat.gov.tw/en/apply/step-1/#/
I propose to retire the old one and redirect to this one. Any thoughts or suggestions?
