Hi @heijmerikx. Looks like that PR was only required for old IE, and as a consequence was never merged.

Do you have any more info around the issues you're having? In particular any CORS error output from the browser console might be useful.

This library is a dependency of react-svg, and there are a few issue threads there that may be of relevance. In particular, this comment talks about CloudFront.

I seem to have started to have this issue myself out of nowhere.

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://dx9cuinpc4lhh.cloudfront.net/bike-room.svg' from origin 'https://localhost:8080' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

I am using react-svg. Ive been able to load these in the past fine. I have not touched any settings on my cdn for a while. Any insight? Looks to be specific to chrome based browsers.

I see Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * when I run curl -H "origin: example.com" -v "https://dx9cuinpc4lhh.cloudfront.net/bike-room.svg".
