OpenGL crash on AVD running 6.0

Sorry for the triple comment, just some extra testing:

I disabled "Host GPU acceleration" and also tested on a real phone running Marshmallow 6.0. In both those cases I no longer see the original OpenGL error, however it still silently dies with no relevant log output.

I am using the source of your library directly rather than a precompiled library, so if you have any pointers on where I could poke around let me know.

Tried it on an emulator running 5.1.1 and the result is the same.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong :\

Well I kept at it, started fresh and put it into a new Activity instead of trying to be tricky and it in an existing fragment (where the parent Activity extended MaterialIntroActivity).

I should have followed the instructions of course, but it was very strange that I had no errors at all.

Anyway, thanks for the great library!
