- Resize should resize the selection to match the new image
This was implemented in 3bf1eb6

All these are pending the "selection mask" rewrite due for 5.6.

Selection mask rewrite is pretty much complete. Selection morphing is now handled correctly by both image resize and canvas resize. Currently my opinion is - not worth the trouble to write specialized handling for flip/mirror/rotate. May revisit if requested.
