Does it mean VC2019
do not implement all C+17
, and json
uses these features?

Since we use "only" use Mac and Linux for development, we sometimes struggle a bit with Windows compatibility. While Microsoft is making good progress with their C++ language support, it does still require more work-arounds for compiler bugs or missing features than Clang or GCC on Unix. There probably is not much missing to get everything up-and-running on Windows again, pull requests are welcome, and we'll also see what we can do...

Got it. In fact I also try clang-8.0.0 for MSVC, it also failed. Thanks for reply!

We haven't got Clang 8 in our CI yet, can you show us the error message? Perhaps that's easier to find a quick fix for.

Sorry for my not going over the error message. Already success after I ignore all warnings.
The first time it fails because of this warning:
[build] ..\include\tao/json/events/../internal/../external/double.hpp(151,23): error: unused typedef 'VerifySizesAreEqual' [-Werror,-Wunused-local-typedef]
[build] typedef char VerifySizesAreEqual[sizeof(Dest) == sizeof(Source) ? 1 : -1];
Thanks for replying. I think this issue can be closed now.
