嗨 您好！

不好意思我有搞錯一個地方
目前這個 SDK 是有支援 LINE Pay 和 3D 驗證的哦！

你會得到那個 Invalid Parameters 原因是因為你把參數填成 https://localhost
填入 localhost 是不會成功讓我們 Server 打到你的 Server 的 (原因是 localhost 是不公開對外的)
這邊會建議您用 Ngrok 的方式把自己的 Server 公開出來
可以參考我在 Medium 上面寫的 Ngrok 的教學步驟
