This is a one-line add:
var interval = setInterval(refresh_all, 30000);
I've put it at the bottom of js/magic_happens_here.js to update every 30 seconds.

For a custom hack that's fine but I'd be wary of such an indiscriminate addition to the main line. More thought should be put into what needs updating when. The OS isn't going to change often and can be mostly static. System uptime should update with a granularity roughly equivalent to that of the displayed value (currently hourly). RAM usage, on the other hand, can change rapidly and should be frequently updated.
It is also possible to handle this on the back-end with caching but a combined approach is probably the most robust.

@commonquail hit the nail on the head. Refresh of stats will be automated in a future iteration but it will not be a universal refresh of all stats on the page; more likely a hybrid approach.
@slowmove - there will be a functional refresh button near the top of the page soon which will refresh all stats when clicked. Hope this at least meets your needs half-way. However, the project will not be adding a time-out-refresh functionality (e.g. refresh whole page every x seconds).
